What is a Cupcake Party?

A Cupcake Party is really just a fun, festive day at Cupcake Love that is dedicated to your organization and we donate 30% of the sales from your group back to your organization.

How does it work?

Call Cupcake Love to schedule your party date. Parties should be on a weekday Tuesday-Thursday.
We will confirm your date and send you a customized Cupcake Party flyer to distribute to all of your members.
Your organization will spread the word and pass out flyers to all of your members, friends, everyone you know. The more people you tell, the more money you will raise.
Your guests will come to Cupcake Love (with their flyer) on the specified date and your organization will get 30% of each of those sales.
We'll tally the sales and send out a check within 7-10 business days.

Tips for Sweet Success

After you’ve picked a date for your Cupcake Party, be sure to let EVERYONE know.

Put an article or flyer in your organization's newsletter.
Pass out flyers during your meetings or events.
List your event and link your flyer on your website.
E-mail the flyer to your mailing list.
Announce the event on your Facebook page or Tweet it!

Donations

We love to support our community and try our best to reasonably accommodate donation requests.

Gift Certificates - All requests should be in writing and be mailed to Cupcake Love or e-mailed to info@cupcake-love.com. We review and fulfill requests only once per month so please send requests far enough in advance. Our normal donation is a $25 gift certificate.

Cupcakes - While we love getting our cupcakes into as many hands (and mouths) as possible, we are very limited on the amount of events that we can commit to. But we do offer a 30% non-profit discount for qualifying organizations.
